Christopher Elmslie is a composer and music producer based in Los Angeles. He is known for combining high-end production values from multiple genres with exciting scoring techniques. Originally from England, Chris grew up in a musical family. He spent his childhood performing in various prestigious concert venues around the UK as a percussionist in the British brass band scene. After studying composition at the University of Surrey, Chris moved to Los Angeles to further continue his career in film and TV. Chris has composed the music for numerous high-profile movie trailers including Joker: Folie A Deux, Wicked and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. His musical footprint extends to the world of television, where he has written scores for prominent award-nominated shows across platforms like Netflix, the BBC and MAX. Chris’ influence also resonates in the world of sports where he has written official music for various sports competitions, including The Premier League, DP World Tour and The Gulf Cup.
