Paddy Conn

Paddy Conn

Paddy has had a real passion for music from a young age which started with recording lo-fi 'bedroom demos' on a tape recorder at the age of eleven.

He has been writing and recording music professionally since the age of 24 being part of the 4-piece Irish indie electropop band Kowalski who have toured the UK, Europe and Ireland extensively with bands such as Two Door Cinema Club, Alt-J and Snow Patrol.

Influenced by the likes of Brian Eno, Grandaddy, The Beatles and Elliott Smith, Paddy relies on sonic textures as much as melody. Ambient soundscapes, sunkissed guitar and soaring layered synths come together to create a thought provoking dream pop sound for the modern age.

Paddy has had his music used in major re-branding projects including Ballygowan Water and British Airways and recently had music featured on Made In Chelsea, Skins US & Hollyoaks, this has given him a passion for composing music for the screen and is something he looks forward to continuing with Audio Network.
