Audio Network has inked a five year deal with Turner Latin America for five of their channels to include TNT Latin America, Space Latin America, TCM Latin America, Warner Channel and iSAT.
[New York, NY] May 12, 2011 - Audio Network has inked a five year deal with Turner Latin America for five of their channels to include TNT Latin America, Space Latin America, TCM Latin America, Warner Channel and iSAT. This is an unprecedented commitment from a major player in the industry. The deal provides Turner Broadcasting Affiliates with unlimited access to Audio Network’s music for all their inclusive programs and promotions.
“With more than 40,000 cues and a dedicated Latin Library, we feel that we can stay on top of Turner’s needs and provide them with a breadth of musical content that will work seamlessly in their content,” said Rose Adkins, Vice President of Business Development at Audio Network.
Due to Turner’s content having wide geographical distribution (both the footprint of their channel and the international sales/distribution of their programs), it was important to provide the studio with music that was pre-cleared for distribution across all platforms, territories and in perpetuity, along with the opportunity to synch in multiple regions.
Coming off the heels of the January launch of the Latin library, Audio Network welcomes this new partnership in their stable of Latin American clients and renewed key partnerships with Disney Latin America, Telemundo, Claxson, Cinelatino, MVS Television, Warner, MTV3, SiTV, and HBO Latin America.
“This deal is a further illustration of the importance of quality and localized music for the region. Audio Network is pleased to welcome Turner Channels to our partners and with their input and influence, we will continue to develop and create quality music that meets the specific needs for the TV production and Broadcast market in Latin America,” said Adkins.
