Audio Network announces unlimited music deal with Turner Broadcasting System Europe.
Leading broadcast music producer and supplier Audio Network today announces an unlimited use deal to supply Turner Broadcasting System Europe Ltd with music for use across some 20 channels which make up its kids, movies and entertainment portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
With a catalogue of over 14,000 high quality tracks cleared for usage across all territories and on all platforms, Audio Network’s music is to feature in promotions and presentations aired on Nuts TV and on the Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Turner Classic Movies (TCM) channels across Europe.
Commenting on the deal, Chris Press, Business Development Director, Turner Broadcasting System Europe Ltd said “At Turner, our operations and suppliers are under constant review in an effort to ensure the greatest cost efficiency possible across our vast business. For us the pre-requisites are that our suppliers are business focused, have a strong catalogue, are cost effective and can handle our business needs.”
Audio Network’s Business Development Director, Juliette Squair, said “We are thrilled to sign this significant deal with one of the leading broadcast networks in Europe. It’s a very positive sign for us that in a climate when music can be a drain on broadcaster’s resources, we are providing a high quality, tailored service at a realistic price which will not leave our customers over-stretched and grappling with their budget.”
In addition to their extensive library, which is available in 5.1 surround sound, Audio Network is also to create bespoke audio as appropriate to the company’s specification for use on individual projects.
